The BCCI has decided to have Jasprit Bumrah’s surgery performed in New Zealand. Jasprit Bumrah, India’s best fast bowler, is set to undergo surgery.
The India pacer will need 20-24 weeks of rehabilitation after surgery. The BCCI and NCA have suggested surgery to repair his back as the World Cup approaches. Bumrah will be operated on by the same doctor who worked on Joffra Archer and Shane Bond previously.
