India has won three ICC events with the assistance of legendary cricketer MS Dhoni: the Champions Trophy in 2013, the ODI World Cup in 2011, and the T20 World Cup in 2007. Dhoni disclosed that his wife gave him the greatest compliment he has ever received, despite the fact that he has gotten numerous throughout the years.
“I have received a lot of compliments,” Dhoni said, but the finest one was when his wife said that the 43-year-old had done okay in life. He also disclosed that his wife, Sakshi, rarely offers praise.
“I think I’ve received a lot of compliments, but my wife telling me that I’ve done okay in life is a huge praise, you know. She doesn’t say many compliments. Dhoni stated in the most recent episode of the web discussion show “Tread Talks” that “we are all trying to impress our wives.” Notably, the 43-year-old will play for Chennai Super Kings in the upcoming Indian Premier League season. There were concerns regarding his participation in the event, but the five-time champions were able to persuade the Rachi-born player, who has been registered for INR 4 crore. However, before of the season, Dhoni acknowledged that he is not in the best shape of his life, but that he hopes to improve as the season approaches. Meanwhile, the upcoming edition of the cash-rich competition is slated to begin in the third week of March. The BCCI has yet to confirm the dates, although March 15 appears to be a possibility.
