Virender Sehwag praised spinner Kuldeep Yadav, describing him as “one of the least hyped guys” right now.

Indian cricket team legend Virender Sehwag praised spinner Kuldeep Yadav, labelling him as “one of the least hyped guys” right now. Against England, Kuldeep was outstanding on the third day of the fourth Test match in Ranchi. He formed an important partnership with Dhruv Jurel and then delivered outstanding statistics of 4/22 with the ball. In an attempt to dispel the myth that Kuldeep is the next big thing in cricket, Sehwag used social media to highlight that Kuldeep is a talented player who hasn’t exactly amassed a large following online.

“Kuldeep Yadav is among the least heralded players in terms of the game. has been outstanding for a long time, but he has never amassed an internet following or been heralded as the next great thing. deserves far more recognition and attention than he receives. Sehwag made a post on Twitter.

Ravichandran Ashwin, in the meantime, praised wicketkeeper-battler Dhruv Jurel and spinner Kuldeep Yadav for their defensive and composed efforts that helped save the match.

On day three of the fourth Test, India defeated England for just 145 runs in their second innings and achieved a target of 192 runs, thanks to a five-wicket haul from spinner Ravichandran Ashwin.

India was swept out for 307 runs, but Jurel and Kuldeep had earlier cobbled together a good 76-run eighth-wicket combination to reduce the deficit to just 46 runs for England.

Even though it was difficult to send Kuldeep out to bat, Ashwin claimed in his post-match remarks that the player’s “grit” and solid defense kept the dressing room composed. He praised Jurel too, who was just in his second Test, for having faith in his strategy.
“We sent Kuldeep to bat a little earlier than he would have preferred, so it was difficult on him yesterday. His defense impressed me; he played with a lot of guts and poise, maintained order in the locker room, and I felt it was superior to Jurel’s.

We got a huge boost from him because, for someone playing in just his second Test match, he shown incredible composure, trusted his defense, had a terrific gameplan, remained cool under pressure, and chose the correct bowlers to hit. We batted virtually until lunchtime; had we conceded even seventy or eighty runs, we would have grabbed the opportunity with both hands when we returned to the hotel the previous evening, Ashwin stated.
