The right-arm bowler, who has been representing his country in Test cricket since 2019, has also begun to receive regular opportunities in One-Day Internationals. Ebadot, who was one of their more effective bowlers in the 50-over format, suffered an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury that would prevent him from competing in the ODI World Cup.The now 30-year-old fast bowler hasn’t participated in a match at any level in a year. Although he hasn’t fully recovered, Ebadot hopes to make a return to the international scene in the forthcoming Test series between Bangladesh and India, which begins on September 19.The Tigers are in Pakistan right now, but Ebadot is working hard at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur, preparing himself for a possible call-up.
