Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) easily defeated Rajasthan Royals (RR) by nine wickets in the 2025 Indian Premier League thanks to half-centuries from Phil Salt and Virat Kohli. With a strong 75 off 47 balls from batsman Yashasvi Jaiswal, RR amassed 173/4 in 20 overs. With Salt smashing a 33-ball 65 to open their run chase, RCB was off to a great start. Kohli and Devdutt Padikkal then led them home. With the victory, RCB moves up to third place in the standings of the IPL 2025.
