Will Jacks’ all-around performance helped MI defeat SRH by four wickets in their IPL 2025 match. Jacks grabbed 2/14 as MI held SRH to 162/5 in 20 overs before he scored the highest score of 36 off of 26 balls. Heinrich Klaasen and Aniket Verma had earlier pushed SRH to 162/5 with a late blitz. At the end of the 17th over, SRH was at 115/4, but Klaasen changed the tide by hitting Deepak Chahar for 21 in the 18th over. Aniket and SRH captain Pat Cummins combined to score 22 runs off Hardik Pandya’s final over after Jasprit Bumrah fired Klaasen to push SRH back a little. Abhishek Sharma led SRH with a score of 40.
