He appeared at ease at the crease, slamming his opponents to the ground in all directions. In the death overs, Shivam Dube and Rinku Singh showed their versatility.
Rinku finished unbeaten with 35 runs off 14 balls, with four sixes and two fours.
In contrast, Shivam scored 25 not out off 19 balls, including two fours and a six, as India reached 202/4 in 20 overs.
